Jamie Darnel, a parnter at Eldorado Architects designed this home for his growing family. Morley Builders installed the SIP shell for the owner/builder. An 8' cantilever of the 12" SIP roof soars over the front of the home. Engineered for 100+ mph winds coming up the face of the bluff, this project demonstrates the structural integrity of the designed SIP envelope. Corrugated copper panels which butt into the windows and door jambs is the current exterior finish(picture coming soon).
