McHenry Architecture of Kansas City designed this compact home for a client who wanted fine details, a comfortable and quiet shell, and views of the bluffs to the west. Morley Builders framed the structure and installed the 6" SIP walls and 10" flat SIP roof. General contractor Dave Haggard added fit and finish to this home that suits the workers cottages and restored older homes in an eclectic neighborhood. A $39.00 heating bill in January confirms the efficiency.
