Anne Bruce designed this home for a single person on a tight budget. Our offering into the small home market is very efficient. The butterfly roof provides ceiling height changes that define interior spaces and collect rain water for storage and reuse. Lots of windows provide lots of light and views. This building can also be built as a slab version with patios instead of decks. This kit home will go together in a hurry and could be assembled by non-professionals.
